	Automated Booking Confirmations. Your website will send fully automated email confirmations to your customers on completion of their bookings. This leaves them feeling reassured that they have no need to make further contact with you before their test.
	Your customers can access their booking history going back about 18 months.
	Menu Service Booking Page. This page allows you to set up various servicing options for your customers to choose from. They simply choose the service they require and complete a form which collects details of them, their vehicle and the date they require. This information is emailed to you. You can set up the Menu Services yourself using the content management system.

	SMS confirmations and Same Day Reminders*. VMM can send a confirmation of a booking with a single click straight to your customer's mobile phone. It can also be enabled to automatically send SMS reminders to your customers a couple of hours before their booking time.
	Two Way SMS Messaging*. The SMS messages you send can be replied to. Replies are displayed by the VMM software.
